Weighing at 51kg in the morning.
10AM - 1 small Papaya : Very easy to finish because the papaya was delicious!
12PM - 1/4 Watermelon : It took me 30mins to finish this and I was so glad I finally did! Had half a bowl of Wonder Soup just to keep my stomach warm. At this point I am feeling slightly weak.
233PM - WHY AM I ALWAYS SO HUNGRY!
3PM - OMG I get to drink SOUP! Drank a big bowl of soup. Schedule says 1/4 Cantaloupe but I couldn't find that in the supermarket so I just made do with the soup since I have so much of it.
336PM - This is definitely not for the weak. I just can't stop thinking about food!
410PM - Snacked on some grapes. Felt happier!
7PM - So surprised that I lasted 3 hours without feeling hungry after the grapes. Now for some soup. Only managed to drink 1 1/2 bowl of soup instead of 2.
9PM - Snacked on 2 Yellow Kiwis.
10PM - 1 cup of Lemon Water.
At the end of the day, I felt like I've won! There were so many temptations, Facebook constant food updates, neighbor cooking, MY KITCHEN filled with biscuits, food, coffee!, and so many snacks that I just felt like giving up. BUT I kept telling myself that no day can be worse than today because tomorrow, I am so looking forward to that potato that I am entitled to!

General Motors (GM) Diet Plan
I first heard of GM Diet from Linora and have followed her through her daily GM Diet log on Facebook and her 7 days experience on her blog. I got really interested and have been wanting to try it out but my schedule for the past weeks have been filled with food reviews, events and traveling. So, finally I decided that this is the week to try it. It couldn't be more perfect when I will be heading off to Koh Samui next week for my birthday retreat, thanks to the hubs for bringing me somewhere every year as a birthday treat for me. :)
I'll try to make this as short as possible so you don't have to scroll too much but just look at pictures. ;P
What is the GM Diet Plan?
General Motors diet plan started with General Motors Corporation employee soon became a world popular diet plan which was adopted by people across the world. The 7 day diet plan is based on the intake of specified food items which includes raw materials such as vegetables, fruits, juice, lean meat and avoid the intake of any dairy products. The popularity of this diet program is its fast weight reducing technique in a span of a week.
According to the survey by some of the well known diet researchers, GM diet plan has been proved to be the safest and the most preferred dieting plan among individual. Though there are certain effects, which a GM diet follower may experience during the first few days of his diet plan ; hunger, weakness and sweating. However after few days a person will experience a soothing effect of this diet plan.
An individual may lose 8-10 % of body fat by strictly following this dietary program .
I came up with this schedule to make it easier for me to follow. At anytime you want to tweak it, feel free to but don't wonder off the path.
The Seven Day Diet Plan
The GM diet is divided into seven days, which requires the intake of specified meal for each day. A person starts the diet with the intake of green vegetables, fruits and lean meat to detoxify his body thereby showing some effective result in less time. Water intake is an important aspect of this dieting technique, and a follower of this diet plan is strictly advised to consume at least 10 glass of water every day.
Grocery List
Gotten all of the items from AEON Midvalley

1/2 papaya, 3/4 watermelon, 1/2 Pomelo, 8 bananas, 2 Fuji Apple, 4 lemons, 1 pack of Kiwi, Small pack of Grapes

Supposedly 567gsm lean beef but I decided to buy lesser and supposedly 1 chicken leg quarter but they don't have just 1 so I had to buy 2.

5 potato, 3 broccoli, 2 pack asparagus, 2 box cherry tomatoes, 1 pack bak choy, 8 big tomatoes, 1 pack kangkung, 1 bunch celery (soup), 1 bunch carrot (stew), 1 pack paku pakis, 1 Sweet Potato, 1 pack eggplant, 2 green peppers (soup), 1 cabbage, 1 pack ladies fingers
Total Cost : RM110.26
Wonder Soup Recipe
Slice and dice everything, put them into the crock pot the night before you start your diet plan. Add a little bit of salt and pepper and voila! Next day, your house smells of Herbal Soup (the herb smell from Celery - not my favourite).
The Wonder of this soup is, it has NO FAT substance and you can drink this whenever you want to during your diet when you are hungry. The ingredients that I bought are enough to make TWO POTS of soup. I had half kept in the fridge for the second batch.
Have yet to try it out but I bet this will be the best soup I'll ever get to have for the next 7 days.
Benefits
1. It helps to detoxify the body from harmful chemical thereby cleaning the entire body and preparing it for a healthy dietary technique.
2. An individual may lose 8-10 kg of body fat in seven days
3. An easy way to maintain a slim and perfect body figure
4. Enhances the glow and beauty of your skin and gives you a toned muscle
5. Beneficial for people of all ages
If you want to try this plan out, GOOD LUCK! I'll be blogging about my daily intake for the next 7 days.

Cocotte | Dickson Road
"Located on the ground level of Wanderlust, Cocotte serves up unpretentious, rustic French cuisine in a casual and comfortable setting. Getting to the heart of French country cooking, shared platters of piping hot food and scrumptious dishes passed across the table between friends and family is what we are about." - Cocotte
We stumbled upon this cafe when we were staying right opposite Wanderlust. The uniqueness of Wanderlust got us curious about the place. Saw that they serve coffee, so we decided to give this place a try.
What we ordered : A cup of Cappuccino and Flat White at SGD7++ each. We thought that their coffee wasn't up to par. We've definitely tasted better ones in Malaysia. However, this place is a great place to meet up with friends over drinks or dessert, to have a little lone time or to simply chill and play Foosball if you're staying at Wanderlust. Love the ambiance of the place and their waitresses were pretty friendly.
Apart from coffees, they serve a wide range of countryside French food and a variety of home made pastries. Many tourist have tried the place and loved their food (read their reviews on Tripadvisor). Unfortunately, I didn't get to. Perhaps my next trip to Singapore!

The Singapore Affair | Day 1
Singapore was AMAZING! I can't believe 3 days came and went but I am really happy that we did and saw so many things.
Our trip began when our phone buzzed at 5am. Took a trip down to NAZA to meet the Ferrari boys. What a sight! and so the journey down south began with the roaring of each Ferrari, heading out of NAZA towards the sunrise. It was beautiful.
It took us about 4hours, with rest stops and fuel top ups in between. Reached Tuas Immigration stop at 1030am. Had just a tiny bit of delay there because it was our first time into Singapore and we didn't fill up our WHITE forms, which you need to if you are entering Singapore. Stop. Check. Stamp. and we went through! Bought a pass called Autopass and it is compulsory in Singapore. Something like our Touch n Go card where you'll need to reload a certain amount before you enter Singapore and before you head out of the country.
Oh Hello Beautiful!
Immediately after we drove into Singapore, colors began filling the city. The grass and trees were truly greener on this side, the air seemed fresher and the roads were cleaner. Every building in the city was magnificent. We passed by what looked like blocks of buildings stacking up one on top of the other - I thought it was soooo cool!
Our first stop after we've settled into the hotel was lunch at a place called something Dickson and it's a mamak run by a lady who has too much foundation on but she was really nice for pointing us towards the money changer in Little India. The MRT station was about 15mins walk from where we were, so we decided to drop by this place we saw on the way. The place was coincidentally called Wanderlust (B&B and Cafe) for a cup of coffee because the place looked really interesting!
Sadly, the coffee weren't really up to par. We expected them to be better because the place looked really promising. Anyhow, we carried on with our plans to head over to Bugis Station. From the station we took a trip down to Ochard Road where all the malls were.
If you're planning to do the same thing, let me just tell you that you'll need to buy a ticket from the machine (don't line up at the Ticket Counter like we did) and go towards City Hall, where you change to another train, to head over to Orchard Rd. Bugis - City Hall - Orchard SGD1.30

The story : He was pointing at my bag and shoes which I bought from H&M Malaysia. LOL.
Dress from my own shop, Clothes For Fun
The city is just amazing! Malls after malls and they are all along Orchard Road, so you're able to keep walking and walking and get a good look at all the brands and shops you've always dreamt of. My only target that day was to visit their H&M outlet and hoping to catch a glimpse of the OH-SO-FAMOUS Abercrombie and Fitch models but I only manage to see H&M, not the models though - perhaps they were off duty?. Sads.
Came across a place at 313 @ Somerset for awesome coffee. According to Charles, beans by Oriole is legit. So, we sat down for a cup of iced cappuccino, ice latte and their competition coffee special called citrus something which was really good!
Once we were done, we headed back to Bugis Station via Somerset Station. The best thing about Singapore is, you get to travel everywhere with their MRT Trains and it is so affordable and convenient. Hop on, hop off and you're almost there. More or less, you'll have to walk but what's the fun in traveling if you don't walk! Somerset - City Hall - Bugis SGD1.10
After a shower, we took a drive down to Pasarbella @ The Grandstand. It's this amazingly huge food place with really cute and artistic little shops. Will do a feature on it soon after. For now, these will do.
Our Singapore Affair Day 1 ended with two glasses of beer at a small pub which was just around the corner from where we stayed.
